Children's Allotment

Established in March 2012 with a £750 Herefordshire Council Community Pride grant, and supported by the E-Team and Eardisland Community Shop.

The plot is now well established with a greenhouse, shed, pond, fruit trees, willow den, strawberry patch and plenty of growing space.

We hold monthly sessions for about 8 months of the year starting in March with planting seeds and moving on through the growing season to eating produce and tidying up in the late summer. We usually try to fit in some crafting and wildlife based activities as well.

All children in the Parish are welcome to use the allotment at any time, and come to the organised sessions.
