HIRE CHARGES – applicable for bookings made after 1 August 2022. Please note - in the light of current escalating fuel costs EVHMC will need to review charges periodically.
All hirings for Main Hall and Committee Room include use of the kitchen for preparation of drinks and snacks (on a shared basis if both rooms are booked separately). For more extensive use of kitchen facilities please see rates below.
Main Hall
1 hour - £13.00
2 hours - £25.00
3 hours - £32.00
up to 4 hours - £38.00
After 4 hours, each additional hour - £6.00
Whole day - £63.00
Committee Room
1 hour - £7.00
2 hours - £13.00
3 hours - £15.00
Up to 4 hours - £19.00
After 4 hours, each additional hour - £4.00
Whole day - £38.00
Entire Village Hall
1 hour - £15.00
2 hours - £30.00
3 hours - £38.00
Up to 4 hours - £44.00
After 4 hours, each additional hour - £6.00
Whole day - £69.00
Extra charges may be applicable:
Kitchen - For bookings which require exclusive use of kitchen facilities including use of
ovens, chiller etc a £5.00 surcharge will be made for any period to contribute to the cost of
electricity used.
Setting up/clearing away. 15 minutes either side of your booked event time is included. If
you require longer the following charges apply:
Setting up charges per hour or part:
Whole Hall £5/hour
Main Hall £3.50/hour
Committee Room £2.00 per hour
Kitchen only £2.00
Please note – you are only covered by Village Hall insurance for the time you have paid for.
