Village Fete (POSTPONED)

UPDATE - MAY BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND
With D-Day 80 coming up on 6th June, as a community, we feel it's important to commemorate the anniversary, so plans are underway for a village event. As such, we've made the decision to postpone the fete on Saturday 4th May, and instead, we'll bring some of the 'fun of the fete' to the raft race, which will go ahead as planned, on Sunday 5th May. We'll be extending the original event, and it'll be fantastic fun for all the family! More details to follow soon!
We hope you understand our decision to focus our time on such an important anniversary as D-Day 80 in place of the fete, and really hope as many villagers as possible can join us in marking such an important occasion. Again, more details to follow very soon!
In the meantime, don't forget to get building those rafts, and we look forward to enjoying a day on the river as a community on 5th May.
